CyberLegion Offera

Commercial Operations solution on CyberLegion — Opportunity-to-Revenue, RFx, Tender, Bid & Proposal Automation

CyberLegion Offera is the AI-native Opportunity-to-Revenue product for seller-side procurement: opportunity qualification, RFx and tender validation, bid evidence matching, scoping, costing, pricing, proposals, governed submission readiness, signature routing and revenue handoff. It is the mirror of Sourcia, which owns Source-to-Pay.

Apps In This Solution

CyberLegion Offera groups 10 apps. Each app is a packaged capability your team uses through the console, in chat, or from the public API. Availability follows your tenant plan, roles, and permissions.

AppAreaWhat it does
Bid—Legal-entity, capability, certification, reference and financial-evidence matching against the shared Commercial Capability Graph.
Catalog—The canonical service catalogue — every offering the firm sells, versioned, with delivery roles, deliverables, options and prerequisites.
eSign—Provider-neutral signature envelopes — parties, routing order and document digests — plus deterministic evaluation of envelope state from reported signature events. Cryptographic signing stays with the signing provider.
Estimator—Effort estimation — role mix, management overhead, contingency and elapsed calendar derived from a sized scope.
Opportunity—Supplier-side discovery of externally published procurement opportunities with provenance and deduplication.
Proposal—Proposal composition from scope, estimate, quote and assurance evidence, with requirement-to-section traceability and an explicit list of unanswered mandatory requirements.
QuoteHub—Quotations with options and variants across time-and-materials, fixed-price, retainer and credit-consumption models — every one margin-checked against a deal-desk floor before issue.
ScopeLab—Domain scoping calculators — pentest days from asset counts, audit effort from control counts, SOC onboarding from log sources. Models are data, tuned per offering.
Submission—Fail-closed evaluation of technical, compliance, commercial, legal, human-approval, signing, submission and receipt gates.
Tender—Provider-neutral RFx and tender validation with provenance, integrity and tenant-boundary checks.

How To Use It

ChannelBest for
ChatAsk for what you need in the CyberLegion console; the app plans, executes, and streams results back into your workspace history.
ConsoleOpen any app in this solution from the console, with your tenant's data, roles, and permissions applied.
APIAutomate an app from your own systems through the governed execution endpoint shown in the action panel above, using your tenant API token.

Every request is authenticated, authorized, and audited inside your tenant.

Tenant Safety

  • Public docs never show tenant records, identifiers, private URLs, credentials, or configuration.
  • Apps render only the data your tenant returns; empty states stay empty.
  • Keep API tokens in your own vault or runtime environment. Never paste them into docs, tickets, or support requests.
