CyberLegion Delivera

Professional Services & Delivery solution on CyberLegion — Contract-to-Accepted-Delivery Professional Services Automation

CyberLegion Delivera is the Professional Services Automation and service-delivery product. It turns an executed contract into completed, accepted customer work: engagements, work orders, delivery planning, schedule, workspace, deliverables, acceptance, service commitments, reputation and delivery analytics. It declares what capabilities an outcome requires; Platform Workforce resolves who performs them and Platform Runtime executes them. It owns no workforce, no execution runtime, no commercial engine, no contract record and no money movement.

Use your tenant account to open it, sign in, or request access. API calls use the same governed execution endpoint as the console.

Apps In This Solution

CyberLegion Delivera groups 10 apps. Each app is a packaged capability your team uses through the console, in chat, or from the public API. Availability follows your tenant plan, roles, and permissions.

AppAreaWhat it does
Acceptance—Customer review, approval, rejection, rework and sign-off, gated on quality approval, producing the signal that releases invoicing.
Analytics—Delivery KPIs — cycle time, schedule adherence, SLA attainment, quality and acceptance rates, and the margin inputs derived from them.
Deliverables—Registry, versioning and lineage of customer-facing outputs, referencing evidence held by the platform evidence services rather than duplicating custody.
Engagements—The customer delivery engagement created from an executed contract — the container that spans a piece of contracted work end to end and holds references to the commercial, legal, execution and financial records owned by other Solutions.
Planner—Decomposition of a contracted outcome into milestones, tasks and the capability requirements handed to Platform Workforce. Produces requirements only — it never resolves, composes or holds workers.
Projects—Delivery schedule, dependencies, critical path, deadlines and roll-up status across the work orders of an engagement.
Reputation—Customer feedback, ratings and delivery-performance signals, emitted for renewal and recompete origination by the commercial provider.
SLA—Service commitments, milestone and deadline obligations, breach detection and remedy state across an engagement.
WorkOrders—Governed units of authorized contracted work within an engagement, each with an explicit lifecycle and authority boundary.
Workspace—The bounded collaboration and working context for an engagement, linking plan, work orders and the execution session references returned by the Platform.

How To Use It

ChannelBest for
ChatAsk for what you need in the CyberLegion console; the app plans, executes, and streams results back into your workspace history.
ConsoleOpen any app in this solution from the console, with your tenant's data, roles, and permissions applied.
APIAutomate an app from your own systems through the governed execution endpoint shown in the action panel above, using your tenant API token.

Every request is authenticated, authorized, and audited inside your tenant.

Tenant Safety

  • Public docs never show tenant records, identifiers, private URLs, credentials, or configuration.
  • Apps render only the data your tenant returns; empty states stay empty.
  • Keep API tokens in your own vault or runtime environment. Never paste them into docs, tickets, or support requests.
